What is included in the Unlimited CPE Special?
Unlimited online access to over 1,000 hours of self-study CPE credit for one year. Every course in our course catalog is included except for ethics. When we add new courses, they are also included.
Courses range from Basic to Advanced difficulty and from 1 to 35 hours of CPE credit.
Fields of study include taxation, accounting, auditing, management advisory services, marketing, management services, economics, finance, specialized knowledge, information technology, business law and more.
How does the unlimited CPE for CPAs subscription option work?
The subscription option is $199 with automatic renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew each year until you cancel.
The subscription option is our best online CPE value.
What if I don’t want automatic renewal?
The price for one-year MEGA Course access is $229 with no automatic renewal.
Why am I being asked to create a PayPal account?
We use PayPal to securely handle our shopping cart functions. You are not required to pay with PayPal and may use any credit card for your purchase. If you prefer not using our PayPal shopping cart, we can take your order by phone. Call 972-317-7225 to complete your order.
Which courses are not included in the Unlimited CPE Special?
All of our online self-study CPE courses are included except for ethics.
Are the courses accepted in my state?
JN Productions is a NASBA Registry QAS provider and our courses are accepted by State Boards of Accountancy nationwide. Our NASBA/QAS Self-Study Sponsor Number is 104274. More about state acceptance can be found here.
Do the courses comply with IRS CPE standards?

What is the course format?
All courses are available online as pdf files and optional printed books are available. Online exams are included at no additional charge. CPE certificates are instantly available and stored in your account for future access. We also have a growing library of video courses.
How long does the unlimited CPE subscription last?
- If you choose the one-time purchase option without automatic renewal, you will have access to the courses for one year from the date of purchase.
- If you choose the subscription option, your course access will be ongoing until you cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We send a reminder email prior to your renewal date, which will include cancellation instructions. Cancellation after your renewal date is possible for 30 days after your card is charged as long as you do not take any courses during the renewal period you are trying to cancel. For help with cancellation, please email us.
Do you give a discount for renewals?
Yes. When you choose the subscription option with automatic renewal, you receive a $30 discount each year. One-

As such, the topics that you completely ignored are the following: 1-IRS section 965, which is the tax law change regarding the deemed repatriation of the earnings and profits of CFCs. You ask for a review, but don`t give space.
