Acceptance of JN Productions Privacy Policy: Terms and Conditions

By using this site, you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions of this JN Productions Online Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to these terms shall mean that you have accepted those changes.

Return Policy and Complaint Resolution

No Risk, Money Back Guarantee: Your money will be refunded, minus any shipping charges, simply by returning all materials in saleable condition within 30 days, or notifying us within 30 days of online course purchases. Gathering and Use of Information

Protecting the private information of our visitors is of utmost importance to us. We maintain a strict policy for ensuring the privacy of your personally identifiable information (such as full name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and/or other identifiable information.) JN Productions will not willfully disclose your personal information to any third party without first receiving your permission. JN Productions may use your personally identifiable information for internal and marketing promotional purposes but we will not sell or provide it to anyone else without your permission.

Shipping Policy (Book purchases)

We ship to the U.S., Canada, and most other countries. Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout. The calculated rate at checkout is for Priority Mail (2 -3 days). We also offer upgrades to UPS and FedEx. Please call 800-479-5636 or email rita@jncpe.com to upgrade your shipment.

The customer is responsible for all import fees, duty, brokerage fees, etc. for shipments outside the U.S. These charges are in addition to the shipping charges we collect. They are collected at the time of delivery. We have no control over, and are not able to estimate these fees.

Records Retention

In accordance with NASBA standards, we maintain the following documentation for a period not less than 5 years:

  • Records of participation
  • Dates and location of program offerings
  • Author/developer names and credentials
  • Number of CPE credits earned by participants
  • Results of program evaluations
  • Program descriptive materials

Program Cancellations

Participants have one year from the date of purchasing a course to complete the final exam. In the event of course cancellation, final exams for the cancelled courses will be available for one-year from the cancellation date.

Course Update Policy

In accordance with NASBA standards, our course materials contain the most recent publication, revision, or review date. Courses are revised or reviewed at least every 2 years. Subject matter with frequent changes to the relevant codes and law are revised at least once a year.
