SBA Loans: Funding & Resources Video Course
This course helps business owners and their advisors better understand the purpose of SBA loan programs, who’s eligible, and whether U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loans are the right funding for the business. People are often surprised to learn that many businesses can benefit from the funding and resources from the SBA. The SBA definition of a “small business” might be bigger than you think.
It begins by introducing some basics about business loans and the SBA. Next, you will learn about the players in the Small Business Association loan process. We’ll then move to the general eligibility requirements for the SBA’s largest loan programs and an overview of the application process.
You’ll get important details about specific loan programs with discussion of:
- The Standard 7(a) program
- 7(a) specialized programs
- The 504/CDC loan program
- Other SBA loan programs
You’ll learn the pros and cons of SBA loans to help you decide if SBA funding is right for your clients.
This program does not cover temporary COVID relief programs that are no longer open to new applications, such as the PPP and the COVID-19 EIDL program.
